Sonia established her real estate career over 10 years ago with Re/Max in Toronto as a full-time real estate agent. Sonia’s background being rooted in the overwhelmingly customer service oriented hospitality industry, pursuing a career in real estate was a natural transition for her.

Her extensive knowledge and experience about the real estate business as a whole including financing options, strategic planning for buying or selling transactions and much more has resulted in a steadily increasing number of referrals by past and current clients. Referrals are important part of her business as a real estate agent.

“As a real estate practitioner, being referred is a rewarding experience. It is in essence a gesture of appreciation by clients and serves as a measure of how well I do my job,” Says Sonia.

In fact, any real estate agent’s flourishing referral business is a great indicator of his/her honesty, integrity, customer oriented approach, negotiating skills and overall performance.

By her returning clients, Sonia has accumulated a vast knowledge of not only the Toronto housing market, but also other cities with new house developments, as clients call on her when they relocate to different parts of the GTA.

Sandra graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. Post University, Sandra worked with geriatric patients in the rehabilitation field with the goal of getting them back to being as independent as possible with their activities of daily living.

Surrounded by her sister Sonia and her fiends, who were already in the real estate field, and managing investment properties, it was just in a matter of time that Sandra made the decision to pursue a career in real estate.

Currently, Sandra has been in the real estate industry for 11 years now. She has a abundance of patience, professionalism respect for people, and determination. She is upbeat and brings a lot of energy to whatever she does.

After the initial plunge into the real estate, Sandra's success continues to soar year after year. Sandra has vast knowledge in new development, pre-construction condos, and resale homes. Sandra recognizes and understands that clients' satisfaction is the key to the growth to her real estate business. Her gal is always to do her very best in everything she does and put her client's needs above her own.

On Sandra's down time, she can be found running along the streets of Toronto training for a running race or triathlon. Sandra believes that physical fitness is an important component to one's success as it benefits the mind, body, and spirit. To date, Sandra has finished numerous 30km runs, over 10 marathons - New York, Washington, Chicago, Ottawa, Toronto, Honolulu to name a few, Muskoka 70.3 Ironman and completed some Olympic & Sprint distance triathlons. Most recently, Sandra has added a new addition to the family - a mini Labradoodle, and her name is "Sugoi".
